Description

Robberg inner bags

The Robber bags come in pairs, and were designed to act as dumbbells: and built to comfortably hold 6kg each (when filled with sand). The inside of the Robberg bag has a weight guide printed on it, which will help you to adjust the weight you’d like to lift  -  according to set, exercise, or the type of workout you’d like to have that day.

Our favourite exercises that we’ve done with the Robberg duo have been lateral raises, Bent-Over-Rows, lunges, and squats.

An important note on the filling the Robberg & Plett Bags for workouts: **we advise that you work out with them outside.**Here’s why: they’re waterproof on the outside. However, it’s easy to fill the bags with too much weight, and to seal them with some air inside them, or without enough rolls. This means that the bags themselves can slightly leak - and you may notice a small amount of liquid come out (nothing significant) during exercise. Outside, this won’t impact your workout at all - and you won’t be much more wet/ sandy than when you filled up the bag in the first place. Inside, however, we want to make sure your electronics, carpets and wooden floors stay 100% dry, so avoid working out in places where water and sand don't belong!

The other function of the Robberg bags is that they double as a storage unit for organising your gear. We sized the Robberg bags so that two of them can fit into the Plett backpack perfectly. Great for packing! The width and height is adjusted to easily slide in and out of the Plett backpack.  The bag's dimensions, when full, are 20cm X 20cm // 7.85" X 7.85" - without the top buckle.
